Harty Homes designed this primary bathroom as a serene retreat, taking full advantage of the waterfront view while offering a calm, spa-like atmosphere. Soft, soothing tones and layered textures create a sense of everyday luxury. Annie Selke’s Flora Barely Blue porcelain tile adds subtle pattern and depth, while a top-down/bottom-up Hunter Douglas woven shade allows for flexible light control and privacy without sacrificing elegance.
